My pick of the week in Hancock Park August 23 2015

 

My favorite house on the market in Hancock Park area…This was a tough one… My mother-in-law is in town so I took her out Sunday and Tuesday with the hopes of coaxing her to move to LA! We liked EVERYTHING! So I am going to highlight 2 homes in 2 different price ranges both within walking distance to Larchmont Village.

#2 565 N Gower listed for $1375000 very close to me. 3 beds, 2 baths with a studio
