My pick of the week in Hancock Park Adjacent

122 S Kingsley was the winner! Larchmont, Hancock Park & Windsor Square are quite expensive compared to the rest of LA so it is nice to see an (gulp!) affordable, extremely stylish quality home come on the market near Hancock Park on your way to Downtown. I know this area has to be the next hot spot – especially since Downtown LA is getting better and better every day… spent last Saturday night exploring new restaurants and wine bars.

This 1909 restored Craftsman has 3 bed, 2 bath is over 1800 square feet and on a 7496 square foot lot. List price is $1050000. I’ll keep and eye on it and see what it goes for. Just minutes from Silver Lake, Koreatown and Larchmont Village. Contact me for a viewing.
