My Favorite Home from this Weekend (On the Eastside)

This is one of the most unique properties I have seen in LA. Super cool 1940’s vibe with beautiful hardwood floors. It needs work, but the potential was amazing! The lot was over 12000 sq ft and it really did feel like a park on top of a hill. After viewing with buyers, I ran home to write an offer only to learn they had several offers over-asking so we were out 
The only negative is that it is nestled in a newer neighborhood of homes built in the 1990’s.
