Follow that Flip! 309 N. Bronson in Larchmont Village

It pains me to call it a flip because it is not your typical flip. My clients bought this house earlier this year (with multiple offers) and has been lovingly restoring it. Over the next few weeks I will be sharing the progress. Here are some BEFORE photos. My clients litterally flipped the house, moving rooms around and now the house makes perfect sense!
