I saw a lot of properties with my daughter and MIL today! We really went out to look at great kitchens and baths because my MIL is renovating. Most of the homes were over $3m, which made my daughter happy and most had AMAZING views of Hollywood and LA. I originally had 22 homes on my list, then narrowed to 13 but could only reach 9 in 3 hours because of all the windy small hilly roads.
