Favorite Home in Hancock Park
There were very few homes open after Memorial Day and this was my favorite! I think it is priced right and will sell fast. Kitchen and baths need some love. The block is beautiful! Owners did a decent job cleaning it up to get it ready for the market with new paint and re-finished floors. $3,750,000 5 beds, 4 baths 4368 sf on 13,725 lot. 428 N Las Palmas.
