Earthquake Retrofitting
Read more about the codes for Earthquake Soft Stories Retrofitting and Earthquake Non-Ductile Concrete Retrofitting(Contact information for LADBS is at the bottom of the website.)
LADBS Inspection Report where you can see any eligible retrofitting for your properties, as well as the Parcel Report
(Parcel Reports show if your property zone includes an earthquake fault line, methane hazard zone, fire area, high wind area, and other hazards. If there was a gas shut-off valve installed, that is also typically recorded at the bottom of the report under "other parcel related information". Please feel free to contact LADBS about your property or defer to any local plumbers or private retrofitting companies whom you trust.)
